These jokers are NOT!) .. 13 miles away from me, in 6 years I have had the misfortune to have items delivered by these clueless idiots.. About 16 items.. Only twice have they bothered to turn up at the correct address! (Usually with my intervention phoning Builth office to make sure they come to the right house!) They often turn up at an empty property to leave a 'sorry I missed you' card!!!! Very Useful that is !!!
My house actually has a House name & number sign to help them ! Yodel drive almost 90 miles from NantGarw .. And find my house along with nearly all other known couriers.. FedEX ,UPS, APC, UKmail etc. etc.

Management have no interest in providing the service they are selling. When you contact them to ask why parcels are repeatedly delayed they literally ignore you for month after month. DPD head office don't seem to be able to do anything as it is a franchise. If you're a business customer don't trust DPD Builth Wells with your reputation.
